No returns without prior permission by e-mail. We must be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of any discrepancies in merchandise.
Although we carry thousands of books in inventory, we don’t guarantee to have your order in stock. If we are out of stock on a book, we will notify you immediately as to when you can expect shipment.
